Newness from Beusy at the Crystal Heart Festival or TCH. The festival is an ode to magical girls, in particular Sailor Moon. This hair is like a blend of Rini (Chibi Moon), Sailor Moon and Wicked Lady (Adult Rini). Anyways, its a lot of super awesome hair! :D The pants are by Paper Arrow and are a new relese at Uber.
